From the Directorate General of Youth have published two guides with practical tips for young people and youth professionals they can manage confinement with emotional balance PRESS RELEASE.
The guide is available online “How to find meaning in it. Practical advice for professionals working with young people during confinement” edited by the Directorate General of Youth (DGJ), in collaboration with the organization with the organization Health and Emotional Education, with practical advice, ideas and resources for youth professionals to accompany young people in this time of confinement and maintain emotional balance, the spirit of overcoming and the cooperative spirit.
A second guide has also been published “How to find meaning in it. Practical tips for young people during confinement” aimed at young people to help fill the situation of confinement with vital meaning and personal utility and which, beyond the impact on socioeconomic aspects, also have an impact on the mental health of young people.
