• AID TO MICRO-ENTERPRISES AND PROFESSIONALS IN THE TOURISM SECTOR TO MEET THE EFFECTS OF COVID-19 (April 1)

The Department of Business and Knowledge has just activated one Direct aid line aimed at self-employed professionals and micro-enterprises which develop their activity in the tourism sector. The main features of this help are:

- Amount of the grant: € 2,500 in a single payment 

- Recipients: tourist accommodation establishments, tourist guides, mediation tourist companies, travel agencies, DMC, OPC, establishments and activities of tourist interest, ... 

Requirements: Have a maximum of 5 employees and up to an annual turnover of € 500,000. Proof of being registered in the Tourist Register of Catalonia (in the event that they have the obligation to be there) and duly legalized at least from 15/3/2019. The activuty must be maintained for at least one year from the time the grant is awardad.

Compatibility: this aid is compatible with any other that may be entitled with the exception of those that derive or have a cause in the final closure of the activity. 

Initial allocation: 2 million euros
