The general objective of the Internal Equality Plan of Benifallet is the following:

• To define a strategy to achieve real equality between women and men in the internal policies of Benifallet's Council in order to eliminate stereotypes and obstacles that make it difficult for women to access professions and jobs on equal terms as men.
