Collaboration agreement between the Catalan traffic service and Benifallet City Council

1. Object

The purpose of this agreement is to regulate the terms of collaboration in matters of traffic offenses between the Catalan Traffic Service and Benifallet City Council with regard to the assumption of the following powers:

a) the power to report by the Mossos d'Esquadra the offenses contained in the catalog of offenses of the Catalan Traffic Service, in accordance with the legislation in force in this matter, which are committed on urban roads.

b) the sanctioning powers of the mayoress on urban roads by the director of the Catalan Traffic Service, in accordance with article 11.4 of Law 14/1997, of 24 December, on the creation of the Catalan Traffic Service.
