The motion, presented by the municipal group of the Candidacy of Progress, was approved yesterday during the las ordinary plenary session of the mandate with the favorable votes of the municipal groups of Candidacy of Progress and ERC. The agreements that will be transferred to the Government of the Generalitat, to the Parliament of Catalonia. In the county councils of Baix Ebre, Terra Alta, Montsià and Ribera d'Ebre, and in the Consortium of Environmental Policies of Terres de l'Ebre (COPATE) are:

We believe and defend that the Government's attention to health, the quality of life of people and support for the economic activities of municipalities must be a priority for the Government we  propose the following agreements to the Plenary Session of Benifallet City Council:

1.- To demand that the government of the Generalitat guarantee the tratment of the black fly with the corresponding budgetary endowment can be carried out during the larval stage and in the frequency and cadence that the technicians recommend, attending to the irgency and the affectation in the health of this plague.

2.- To urge the government of the Generalitat to periodically convene the Monitoring Committee in order to guardantee that the deadlines are met and to evaluate the impact of the different treatments.

3.- Carry out a rigorous and exhaustive technical study on the pest and its treatment, as well as on its prevention and care and make it available to the town councils. Inform the public of these studies through talks.

4. - Join the City of Benifallet to the Platform of Affected by the Black Fly.

5.- Transfer this agreement to the Government of the Generalitat, the Parliament of Catalonia, the County Council of Baix Ebre, Ribera d'Ebre, Montsià and Terra Alta, and the Consortium of Environmental Policies of the Terres de l'Ebre (COPATE).
