The XIV Benifallet Gastronomic Conference will be held from 1 to 31 March and is dedicated to the cooking of the snail. Mayor Irene Borràs and nurse Alberto Hidalgo will be in charge of inaugurating them this Friday, March 1, at 8 pm, at the Casal Municipal. During the inauguration, dishes prepared by the participating establishments will be raffled off: Antiga Estació de Benifallet, Pepo restaurant, Xiringuito restaurant, Ca Miquel bar restaurant, Ca Treig brasserie, Els Fogons de Cal Ferrer, can Rustit and Fruita i Mel Vallespí butcher.
